Patient Appreciation Day: 9/12/2011

Monday 9-12-2011 we will be offering all treatments free of charge for new and returning patients.  We are always looking for ways to say thank you and this is what we came up with for this year.  Patient Appreciation day will be an annual event.  If you have been thinking about trying acupuncture there's no better time to give it a shot.  All treatments will be given by appointment only,  No Walk-In's will be accepted on Monday.  Book by clicking the Book an Appointment link above.

New NCAAOM Vice President

Jeremy has recently accepted the position of Vice President of the North Carolina Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.  The future of acupuncture in North Carolina is important to him and your ability as patients to recieve a quality form of health care at an affordable price is what he aims to protect.  Health insurance companies in North Carolina are currently not accepting acupuncture as a valid form of medicine.  Please call your Insurance company,  state senators and representatives to express your desire to have acupuncture as a covered expense.

Closed Friday April 29th

Please note,  CBCA will be closed on Friday April 29th.  We have the great pleasure of supporting our Wounded Warriors at an event and will need the day to spend with one very special Wounded Warrior (Peter Linquist; My brother).

Thursday morning's Pay What You Can yoga class with Becca is now being offered from 9am-10am.  Please note the change and tell all your friends to join us for an amazing start to your Thursday morning.  

New Hours of Operation

Please note,  we will be changing our hours of operation on Wednesdays to 1pm-5pm.  We will no longer be booking appointments between 9am and 12pm on this day.  We appologize if this is an inconvience to you.  We hope to add more community acupuncture hours in the future and also more yoga classes.  Please check back or follow us on facebook for any other changes.  

Feel Good Fridays

Start your weekend off with a Feel Good Friday!  From 9am to Noon on Friday Mornings,  all appointments will be 50% off.  That's only $10 a treatment.  So let go of all the stress, anxiety, and tension you picked up during the week and roll into the weekend feeling refreshed and relaxed.  Also,  Don't forget that Acupuncture is great to help you get rid of that hangover so if you plan on going out on Thursday night,  Feel Good Fridays are just what the doctor ordered.  

New Yoga Classes

We have added three new yoga classes to our schedule.  On Mondays we added a 4:30 Kids and Parents Yoga class.  This Class is only $5 per person or $10 for the whole family.  We have also added a 5:15 Pay what you can class with Lia Zazzali.   We will be donating 10% of the proceeds from this class to Viva La Voz, an organization moving towards becoming a non-profit which is co-founded by Lia Zazzali. Viva La Voz supports creativity, wellness, Yoga for service, community etc.  We are still offering a 6:45 monday evening Pay what you can class with Becca.  And finally,  due to popular demand,  we have added another Hot Yoga class on Wednesday nights at 7pm.   This hot class will be taught by Carly Ricard.  For more information about our new classes and teachers, check out our Yoga page on the website.
