Basic Flow:
This class is for all bodies, whether you are an experienced yogi or a beginner you will enjoy this class. I use a multi level approach to ensure you will be challenged to find your own edge. We will explore all types of Hatha Yoga focusing on alignment and grace, incorporating vinyasa to tie it all together.
Heated Flow/Hot Yoga:This is an intermediate level Vinyasa class. Vinyasa means ` to place in a special way. In yoga it refers to a style, flowing through postures by following your breath. Sun Salutations make up a large part of a vinyasa class. This class is perfect for Yogis who are moderately experienced and those of you who work out regularly or run and may be new to yoga. This would not be a good choice for you if you are new to yoga and do not have a regular cardiovascular routine. You will sweat! Drink plenty of water and bring a towel!
Gentle Yoga:
This is a calming and restorative class. Postures and breathing techniques are introduced in order to gradually build strength and flexibility. Gentle Yoga is ideal for beginning Yoga students, students with special physical concerns or those who simply prefer a slower pace. All levels are welcome.
Restorative Yoga Workshop:
Enjoy the Yoga of being as we relax, restore and renew our bodies and minds. We will incorporate the use of Yoga bolsters and blankets to enhance this easeful and restful Yoga practice. All levels are welcome!!
